Mix these ingredients to create a sauce, then set aside:
1 can of tomato soup
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
For meatballs, mix these ingredients:
1 lb of ground beef (ground chuck has best flavor)
1 cup oatmeal
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 egg
Form the meat mixture into 1-1 1/2 inch balls. Place in a slow cooker and cover with sauce. Cook on low for 4 hours.
